Attorney Andrew DiPiero

Andy has extensive experience representing victims of motor vehicle crashes, medical mistakes, premises liability issues and wrongful death. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell; a National Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate and has been named in “Super Lawyers” every year since 2006 (an honor bestowed upon 5% of Pennsylvania Lawyers).

Andy grew up in South Philadelphia, where he attended Bishop Neumann High School and later received his undergraduate degree at LaSalle College. While attending college, he also played drums for a local rock group, “Fire & Ice”. He later attended Law School as an evening student at Widener University School of Law while working at the City Solicitor’s Office in Philadelphia.

After receiving his Law degree, he was hired by well-known Philadelphia attorney, Tom Rutter who had a state-wide litigation practice. Andy was with the Rutter firm for fifteen years during which time he obtained extensive experience representing accident victims and trying cases throughout Pennsylvania in the State and Federal Courts.

Since 1998, Andy has volunteered as a Judge Pro Tempore in Philadelphia County assisting the Court and working with attorneys and litigants to resolve their cases. Andy is also a member of the Board of Directors of Quaint Oak Bank in Bucks County and is a former Member and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Fee Dispute Committee. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, and The Pennsylvania and American Associations for Justice.

Andy enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and listening to music. Andy & his wife, Janet reside in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
